Refund

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, no reason needed — this is your legal right of withdrawal as an EU consumer.

You are free to inspect and try the item, in the way you would in a physical store. If the item shows signs of use beyond that when we receive it, we may deduct a reasonable amount from your refund to reflect the reduced value.

How to return an item

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us within 30 days at libertybeheer@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We'll cover the cost of a replacement or refund.

This does nog affect your statutory rights under our Conformity terms.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you and refund your original payment method within 14 days.

Custom items

Personalized products can't be returned unless damaged or defective.
