2. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to every offer we make and every order placed through this website.

3. Our offer

All products are made to order (print-on-demand), using fixed designs. We describe and picture products as accurately as possible. Obvious errors in the offer do not bind us.

4. Placing an order

A contract is formed when you complete checkout and payment is confirmed. You'll receive an order confirmation by email.

5. Right of withdrawal

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, no explanation needed. This applies to all our products — our designs are fixed and not created to your individual specification, so nothing counts as "personalized" under EU consumer law. To cancel, email libertybeheer@gmail.com or use the model withdrawal form below. See our Refund Policy for the full return process.

6. Costs of withdrawal

If you cancel, you're responsible for the cost of returning the item. We refund the price you paid, including the original shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving your return (or proof you've sent it).

7. Price

All prices include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout — see our Shipping Policy for current rates.

8. Conformity

We guarantee our products match what's described in the offer, under the statutory warranty (Dutch Civil Code, Article 7:17).

9. Delivery

Products are made to order; see our Shipping Policy for production and delivery estimates. Missing a stated estimate doesn't entitle you to compensation.

10. Payment

Payment is made via iDEAL at checkout. Report any errors in your payment details to us immediately.

11. Complaints

Reach us at libertybeheer@gmail.com with any complaint — we aim to respond within 14 days. We're not affiliated with a certified dispute resolution body; if we can't resolve things together, you can use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Governing law

Dutch law applies to all contracts between let liberty live and its customers.
